Using The Service

By using Guess a Game, you agree to these terms. The service may be used for lawful recreational participation by individuals and ordinary friend, family, workplace, pub, school and creator communities. Resale, paid betting pools, commercial exploitation, bulk scraping and disruptive automation require written permission.

Accounts And Eligibility

Users are responsible for their sign-in access and account activity. They must not impersonate another person, use abusive profile content or interfere with another account.

Children under 13 should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Adults running a school or youth group are responsible for appropriate supervision and invitations.

Predictions, Fixtures And Results

Predictions lock at the applicable kickoff time. Fixture times, venues, gameweeks and results come from third-party data and may be delayed, rescheduled or corrected. We may recalculate points and rankings when authoritative information changes.

We do not guarantee that every competition, fixture or historical record will always be available or error-free.

Leaderboards And Mini-Leagues

Leaderboards and mini-leagues are for friendly competition. Invite-code holders are responsible for sharing codes appropriately. Owners may renew supported groups into a new season, while prior standings can remain archived.

We may remove invalid scores, offensive names, abusive members or manipulated entries and may suspend a league or account where reasonably necessary.

Public Content And Sharing

Display names, avatars, ranks and standings may be public. When a user creates a public prediction or final-table share, they give Guess a Game permission to host and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the sharing feature. Users must not submit content that infringes another person's rights.

The Bot And Community Forecasts

The Bot, probability distributions, projected tables and community forecasts are statistical entertainment features. They are not guarantees, professional advice or betting recommendations. Models, training data and methods may change between seasons, but a Bot score used for competition scoring is fixed before the relevant kickoff.

Intellectual Property And Third-Party Data

Guess a Game's software, brand, original copy and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Club, competition and governing-body names are used descriptively. Guess a Game is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, FIFA or other governing body.

Fixtures, results and historical records may be supplied by identified third-party data providers and remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

Sponsors And Affiliate Links

Paid placements, sponsorships and affiliate links will be clearly identified. Commercial relationships do not determine user scores, community percentages, The Bot's forecasts or leaderboard positions.

Privacy And Marketing

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain account, prediction, preference, referral, analytics, email and browser-storage processing. Optional analytics and non-essential marketing require the applicable choice or consent and can be withdrawn.

Availability And Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Guess a Game is not responsible for indirect loss caused by outages, data-provider errors, missed deadlines, lost browser storage or reliance on forecasts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, Termination And Governing Law

Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be dated and appropriately notified. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk or serious breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where a user lives.
